Due to the CoVid-19 Pandemic, Level has put new protocols into place to maintain the safety of our staff and You, as well as our other clients, whom we will see after you. The following information is to let you know of the new processes, for the time being, that will allow us to provide our services as safely as possible.
Our appointments are restricted to two hours at a time. If your project requires more time, we’ll need to schedule multiple appointments. If we have the availability, we’ll schedule for the same day. Our crew will leave and come back - this gives them the time to sanitize themselves and their equipment.

These are going to be the new normal for a while, so we need to get used to wearing them. We will be wearing masks and ask you do the same, even inside your home. Masks are also required if you visit our building. We will have single-use masks with us you may use if you don’t have one.
We ask that you leave at least 6 feet between yourself and our crew while we are providing our services. We understand that you may have creative input and ideas as to where your artwork is to be placed. We are happy to hear it, but from 6 feet away.
We will email your invoice once the job is complete. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer online using the link provided, or you may send a check. If you are mailing a check, we ask that you seal the envelope in a way other than the traditional licking it.
You are welcome to access your items in storage, but please make an appointment to do so rather than just stopping by. We are doing our best to limit the amount of people in the building. We also clean and sanitize after people leave our building, so this gives us a chance to clean properly before you arrive!
