Covid-19 Policies

Due to the CoVid-19 Pandemic, Level has put new protocols into place to maintain the safety of our staff and You, as well as our other clients, whom we will see after you. The following information is to let you know of the new processes, for the time being, that will allow us to provide our services as safely as possible.  

Level is following the universal guidelines recommended by the Art Service Workers Safety Coalition, which may be found in their entirety here

 

Appointments 

Our appointments are restricted to two hours at a time. If your project requires more time, please let us know.

  • Please reschedule if you are not well.

  • If you are high-risk or vulnerable, please let us know.

 

Masks

These are going to be the new normal for a while, so we need to get used to wearing them when needed or if asked to.

Masks can be requested to be worn inside your home when scheduling. Masks are not required if you visit our building, but we appreciate it if you do. We will have single-use masks with us that you may use if you'd like one.

 

Social Distancing 

We ask that you please respect our installers personal space while we are providing our services. We understand that you may have creative input and ideas as to where your artwork is to be placed. We are happy to hear it but at an appropriate distance.

 

Payment

We will email your invoice once the job is complete.  You may pay by credit card or bank transfer online using the link provided, or you may send a check.  If you are mailing a check, we ask that you seal the envelope in a way that considers our safety. 

Storage clients

You are welcome to access your items in storage, but please make an appointment to do so rather than just stopping by.  We are doing our best to limit the number of people in the building.  We also clean and sanitize after people leave our building, so this gives us a chance to clean properly before you arrive!
